Diet lasts two weeks. During this time, you can lose up to 5 kg.
First – second day
3 times 1 egg, 1 cup of coffee and an apple.
Third Day
Breakfast: 2 eggs.
Lunch: 100 g beef, spinach.
Dinner: 1 boiled fish, lettuce, 1 cup of tea.
Fourth day:
Breakfast: 1 egg.
Lunch: 1 boiled fish.
Dinner: 2 eggs, 1 cup of coffee.
Fifth Day
Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 cup of coffee. Lunch: 2 eggs, 1 tomato. Dinner: 1 fish, vegetables.
Sixth day
Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 cup of coffee.
Lunch: 1 piece of boiled beef, 1 cucumber. Dinner: 100 grams beef, 1 cup of coffee.
Seventh Day
Breakfast: 1 cup coffee, 1 egg. Lunch: 1 chicken, vegetables.
Dinner: 1 chicken, vegetables, 1 apple, 1 cup of coffee.
Canadian diet
The Canadian diet is designed for weekly, which if all conditions can lose up to 5 kg overweight. The basis of the diet are proteins – meat, fish, eggs and cheese – and cooked by steaming vegetables. Proposed products must be divided into the usual number of servings for you.
Prohibited: bread, sweets, alcohol, sugary drinks. Requirement: 7 days eating all low-calorie soup, and daily drink at least 1, 5 liters of fluid, alternating mineral water, onion soup and green tea.
First Day
Soup and fruit, except bananas.
Second Day
Soup and cooked by steaming vegetables, except beans, potatoes, peas and corn. As permitted seasoning lemon juice and fresh herbs.
Third Day
Soup, vegetables and fruits.
Fourth day
Soup, vegetables and low-fat cheese.
Fifth Day
Soup, lean meat or fish (cooked by steaming).
Sixth day
Soup, vegetables, lean meat or fish.
Seventh Day
Soup, vegetables and brown rice.
After the diet, during which it is not really hate soup Do not immediately jump in carbohydrates containing food – bread and sweets otherwise gain weight again. Bread to one piece per day, limit consumption of fatty foods.
