Dutch Diet. How to Lose Weight Fast

First Day
Breakfast: 1 cup fruit juice, 1 cracker with a piece of smoked meat, 2 cups of tea.
Second breakfast: 2 cups coffee, 1 or 1 patty cake, a fruit of your choice.
Dinner: 2 sandwiches with grilled ham, scrambled eggs with 1 egg, 1 tomato, 1 onion, 1 cup milk bold.
Lunch: 2 cups of tea, 1 cup broth.
