If you opted for this diet, you have to limit the use of animal fat. The presence of salt, sugar and liquid in food too limited. We do not recommend eating sharp spices, pepper, mustard and plenty of mayonnaise. First Day
Breakfast: 100 g boiled fish, 150 g salad with sauerkraut, green peas, boiled carrots, 1 cup unsweetened coffee.
Second breakfast: 150 grams of boiled meat, 100 g fat-free cheese, 2 apples.
Lunch: vegetarian borscht, 150 g stewed cabbage and carrots, 1 cup apple compote.

Second Day

Sixth day

Seventh Day
